My buddy Alice, my oldest friend in the world, has found me a perfect apartment. Or should I say, a perfect balcony with a flat attached. From it I can spot Beqa Island, the home of Fiji’s famous firewalkers. I have a feeling this speck of ocean will make my fresh paw paw breakfasts even yummier.

So today was spent moving, the local gang donating a fridge here, a sofa there, plants and cutlery galore. Even scrounged a few wine glasses. And with three burly Fijians on hand, we moved everything in record time.
